Part # 20477500 or 20477600 (equivalent part)  OPT-91UL

This part has not been used.  It was installed for a realty company and then the house was sold and the new owners had us to come and take the Monitor Heater and the Lifter Pump back out as they chose another heating system.  The part was only installed and uninstalled.  There is a slight scuff on the front and there is a cracked spot on the bottom - this in no way affects the function of the pump.  Please review photos carefully.
